I love books! Why would you chop up a book? That's sacrilege! 

• We've made a conscious decision to make sure that our processes never interrupt literacy, we only interrupt landfill. As such, we source our books 18 feet from the cusp of the landfill with established recyclery partners.
• Occasionally, we also work with schools & libraries who have books they are obligated to throw out.

What kind of paper do you use?

• We are proud to say that the paper in our journals & notepads is either sourced or purchased recycled.
• Because we strive to save as much paper as possible from going in the landfill, the paper that lines our wares is either 22 or 24#.

I have old books! Do you want them?

• There's no quick answer to this one. Your best bet is to get in touch with all your pertinent info & we'll get back to you to discuss further.

What's your typical processing time?

• Our typical processing time is 3-5 days.
• During high volume seasons (November/December), your order may take up to 7 days for processing.

You ship for free?! Hooray! When will my order get to me?

• Most orders will get to you within 10 days of ordering.
• Because of nationwide shipping challenges, occasionally your order will take longer.

I need my order fast! How fast can you get it to me?

• You have the option of purchasing Priority Shipping on any of our goods.

What are your return policies?

• Flaw is inherent in our work as upcyclers & often, the beauty of our work is actually found in the flaw. Because of this, all retail sales are final. If you received what you ordered & it is not defective, we cannot accept returns. Any item returned to us without prior approval will be refused at the time of delivery.

• Theft & breakage very rarely occur. Please contact us immediately if you feel your package has been lost or damaged.
